Mr. Treacher is an experienced International Investment Banker and Lawyer, with over 20 years experience as an advisor, CEO and Board Member of growth companies and investment funds. He is the former CEO and Chairman of a quoted hedge fund with assets of $3.2bn, and has been instrumental as an advisor or Board Member in taking over ten companies to listing, in addition to advising on over 300 transactions in his career to date. Mr. Treacher was admitted to the Bar in Illinois, Florida and Washington DC and currently divides his time between London and Uganda, where he has various business interests. He is Executive Chairman of Africa Power, Advisor to Smarti, a UK based ride-hailing business and an Advisor to Ardour Capital, amongst his other activities.
